While we introduced our TruVis® Esters product line in 2008, we have 40 years of experience manufacturing esters for the lubricant market. Our TruVis® Esters are ideal for base stocks and additives, and are now available in adipate, trimelliate, and polyol esters. The esters are manufactured in our Brownsville, Tennessee facility, which has a capacity in excess of 100MM pounds per year. This central U.S. location is ideal for receipt of raw materials and product shipment at home and abroad. Our flexibility as an independent producer, as well as our ability to globally source key raw materials, are how we offer superior service to all of our customers.
Our vegetable oil derived Mono-esters offer reduced friction and boundary lubrication, particularly for metal surfaces. They're also environmentally friendly due to enhanced biodegradability.
Diesters have excellent thermal and oxidative stability, very high VI and exceptional solubility. They can be used as base stock or additives for mineral oil or PAO.
Polyol Esters (POE's) have very high thermal and oxidative stability, and can offer fire resistance. They also have super high VI, and can be customized for almost any application.
